Just Be
Just be,
In the stillness of the breeze,
In the blueness of the seas,
In the beauty of your being.
Let go,
Like waves to & fro,
Like the sun as it glows,
Like a child as it grows,
Like the gulls as they flow.
Just feel,
The sand beneath your feet,
The palette of the beach,
The tingle on your teeth,
And the salted air you breathe.
Just feel,
The sun within your soul,
The force within your field,
The symphony of the sea,
And the beauty of your being.
Just be.
