Re-thinking our food philosophy.
We need to view food in a completely different way philosophically. Most people tend to think about food simply as fuel or a source of comfort. Yet it's so much more & our disconnection with the production, preparation & process of food growing, sewing & harvesting has disconnected us from our food.
When we view food & nature simply as a commodity we tend to objectify it, disrespect it & modify it for nefarious purposes. The rise in mental health issues, food allergies & autoimmune conditions can be largely attributed to the changes in the modern diet. In many countries they add a neurotoxin fluoride in to the water, spray glyphosate a harmful weedkillers on to crops, modify those crops to be resistant to glyphosate & patent those seeds. They plant in monocultures & destroy the biodiversity of the soil & environment through commercial agricultural practices which then leads to foods & soils deficient in key minerals like magnesium.
Most countries also ban plant medicines such as marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms and DMT containing ayahuasca when more addictive & damaging products are allowed such as alcohol, cigarettes & aspartame. They are banned not because of their toxicology or safety but likely due to the threat they are to centralised control. It takes a lifetime of conditioning in school, government advice, news, media, celebrities, universities etc. to shape the average person in a certain way.
A strong dose a psychedelic can undo a lot of this conditioning in one session & allow the person to experience reality, their self & others from a completely new
perspective. Yet plant medicines are often stigmatised & labelled as drugs that can make you crazy. Again, another attack on nature.
Now lab grown artificial meats, insects & food & animals that have been genetically modified or undergone the new positioning of 'precision breeding' through various 'genetic technologies' are being pushed. It's all a means to further centralise control of the food system.
Food is a reflection of culture, a medium for socialisation, something to enjoy with all our senses, something that nourishes us, a source of energy which effects our energetic state, a gift from nature, a relationship, something that can be the cause & cure of disease.
Plants use photosynthesis to capture carbon dioxide and then release half of it into the atmosphere through respiration. Plants also release oxygen into the atmosphere through photosynthesis. It's a symbiotic relationship we have with them & if it wasn't for plants on the land & sea, we would cease to exist. About 70% of the oxygen in the atmosphere comes from marine plants and plant-like organisms.
We must treat nature with respect not simply abuse it for our use. If you really think about it, we are not separate from nature, we are also nature. Abusing nature is ultimately abusing ourselves because we end up drinking the chemicals in the water, the heavy metals in the fish & the glyphosate on the grains.
Essentially it's a consciousness problem our society has that no amount of AI, technology or smart devices can fix as again, throwing more technology on a societal problem is not targeting the root cause. If people don't know who they truly are, don't see their interconnection with their fellow beings & their connection with nature, then you will always act in their own selfish interests.
We are energetic beings living in an energetic universe. Matter is composed of energy. Atoms are over 99% empty space. Think of food as the building blocks from which your mind, body & aetheric body builds from.
The quality of food you place, the higher the quality of your consciousness.
In fact, I'd say that the quality of a society's food & water & environment is directly related to the level of consciousness of a society. There is a difference between a society having technological development & intelligence vs consciousness.
Of course, they are related but intelligence usually relates to ability to solve problems, perform complex functions, learn & synthesise data. Consciousness is the level of awareness of being in relation to the Self (inner/outer), Others (people/species) & Whole (Nature, Universe, God).
You want high quality, nutrient dense foods that retain their integrity, molecular structure & 'life force'. The adage of you are what you eat rings true. What we eat not only effects our health, but our gut, brain & mental health. In fact we digest & assimilate food & it helps to give us energy, build muscle, repair cells & perform various processes.
Imagine the quality of energy of the average factory farmed animal for example. It is separated from its parents from birth, living in cramped stressful conditions, minimal access to fresh air & sunlight, typically GMO feed, given growth hormones & antibiotics. Fear experienced during growth & slaughter significantly elevates stress hormones including adrenaline, cortisol & other steroids. We are absorbing some of the chemicals they are given as well as their stress hormones.
For optimal health we should also consider the quality of the energetic state of our food. Not just the macronutrients & micronutrients. Also the hormones, contaminants, pesticides & integrity of its molecular structure.
