Refund Policy

Returns
We offer a generous returns policy as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, you are free to return the products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This gives you ample time to properly try our products.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us directly at support
@aetherhealth.com. Please let us know your order number, what products you wish to return and the reason for returning them. We will respond with the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that at least 25% of the original product must be remaining. We can not accept near empty products. You are responsible for the cost of sending the products back. We will reimburse you within 5 days of receiving and verifying the returned products. The refund will be for the full price of the returned products but does not include the shipping cost. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the one you used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email once the return transaction is completed and the refund is processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take a photo if possible. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you have purchased your Aether products from a retailer please contact them for returns as we only process returns for products purchased directly from us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
